TLOS SalSa Fundamentals/Basics - No Pre-requisite

Designed for students with little or no salsa dance experience.  Students learn fundamentals of salsa timing, rhythm, footwork, and are introduced to dancing with a partner.

TLOS SaLsa Level 1 - Pre-requisite: Salsa Fundamentals or equivalent experience

Course introduces the dancer to Salsa patterns that help build core salsa dancing essentials.  Students learn to improve leading and following while dancing with a partner.

TLOS SaLsa Level 2 - Pre-requisite: Salsa Fundamentals or equivalent experience

Continuation of Level 1, prepares the student for more integrated partnerwork.  Students learn new patterns that enhance leading and following skills.  Prepares Students  for intermediate level courses, with more timing and rhythm exercises and challenging patterns. 

TLOS SalSa Intermediate 1 - Pre-requisite: Level 2 or equivalent experience

Course introduces students to skills and concepts necessary to dance at the intermediate level.  Additional patterns will be introduced to enhance intermediate skills.  Students will be expected to move seamlessly between patterns.

TLOS Salsa Intermediate Salsa 2 - Pre-requisite: Intermediate 1 or equivalent experience

Students continue improving leading and following skills via intermediate level patterns.  This course will involve multiple spins and traveling turns.  The bridge will be formally built in this course to transition the dancer from intermediate to advanced dancer. 

Merengue, Bachata, Cha-Cha-Cha - NO Pre-requisite

These classes will be taught on a quarterly basis or upon request.  All Salsa fundamentals courses will begin with an introduction to one of these three dances.

Salsa Workout: This fun invigorating class takes salsa workouts from the dance to the exercise floor.  Expect to get your heart rate up and body moving.  Half Salsa, half cardio and all motion.  Loose weight, get fit and stay in shape.
